Necklace, 3"w x 3 1/2" long (medallion), glass? beads, medallion crafted from multicolor seed beads affixed to sheer backing attached to multiple color strands of seed beads. Elvina Ness Brandt (1902-1996) was known for her sense of style. This necklace was part of her jewelry collection. Brandt was a beloved teacher and one-time principal at Bartlett School. This style of necklace was popular in the 1920s.
