    Yoke, animal, 30"l x 7"cir., wood metal, bar finished at each end with metal cap that has loop with hook attached, middle has metal cap with ring through it. Given to donor by George Litchfield, who along with his wife Shirley, began and operated Sunset Hill Farm in 1956 in Bartlett. The Litchfields raised and showed Shetland ponies. The donor was told this yoke was used on the Litchfield farm.

    Umbrella, 34 1/2" l x 15" w (closed), wooden handle, red/white strip fabric, red printed letters 1986 Number 21, "Bartlett Firehouse Open", August 2, 1986. The Firehouse Open was once an annual event for firemen and policemen held at Bartlett Hills. The event was first held in 1966 with each participant receiving a commemorative stein at times.

    Cushion, 18" l x 15" w, vinyl over foam cushion, maroon and white, Front- printed in white- "Elgin Maroons" with a 3D letter "E", Back- Advertisements of 15 local retailers and "Elgin Booster Club, Elgin, Illinois" Bleachers are not the most comfortable to sit on. The problem was solved with this fundraiser by the Elgin Booster Club and its sale of seat cushions. With advertising space sold, it was a win for local retailers too.
