Bartlett's Brownie Troop proudly marches in the Bartlett Volunteer Fire Department's annual Firemen's Festival in 1962. They are wearing the uniform of the day which was a brown dress with dark brown felt beanie. At that time, the Bartlett Volunteer Fire Department sponsored the Brownies.

Tag, identification, 2" x 1" including hook, metal, goldtone, imprinted on front is, "1962 Bartlett Dog Tax 13," metal hook allows for tag to be attached to collar. Until 2019, Bartlett charged a dog tax. The tag was displayed on the dog's collar showing the tax had been paid and the number, #13, which was assigned to the dog for that year.
