Card, commemorative, 2 3/4" x 4 1/2" l, cardstock, two sided, Front- color illustration of gold course with 7th hole flag, in green-"Lord, when my last putt has dropped into the cup...I did my Best.", Back- in black- "In Loving Memory of William Leonardis..." written in ink prior to donation "Billy D." "Billy D" (1934-2003), as he was known, was an avid golfer, especially at Bartlett Hills Golf Club. Even his obituary card reflects this passion. He is buried on the western edge of Bartlett Cemetery which overlooks Bartlett Hills. |
