Shirt, Dress, 33" l x 25 w, cotton/poly blend, cream, size: 31 15 1/2 4, long sleeve, dress shirt, no button collar, left breast pocket, B.V.F.D. cursive embroidery in red above pocket, printed in black type inner edge of shirt tail: 202 11648 15 4. Worn by Jerry Norris (1942-2020) with his dress fireman's uniform. Norris joined the then Hanover-Wayne Fire Protection District on July 1, 1969 as a volunteer firefighter. He served in this capacity until July 1, 1981 leaving the district whose name was changed to the Bartlett and Countryside Fire Protection District, today the Bartlett Fire Protection District. |
