Identification card, 3 3/4" x 2 1/4", paper, light blue, Front- printed in black is wording pertaining to identifying carrier of card as an official member on Village of Bartlett Zoning Board of Appeals. Signed by then Village President John Stark and Village Clerk Linda Gallien. Printed in red is State of Illinois seal. Back- is plain. Card was carried by Michael Werden from 1992-1995. Mike Werden is a lifelong Bartlett resident. As of 2016, he continues to serve on the Zoning Board since his April 20, 1979 appointment. He was appointed at 19 years-old. |
