Token, commemorative, 1 3/4"w x 7" l, metal, paper, plastic, Shovel- metal, miniature, stamped on blade, ""Fox River Stearns Road Bridge Corridor," stamped on handle, "October 19, 2006" , A- Paper tag- color illustration of bridge over waterway, inside- written in black message of thanks for attending groundbreaking. Box with cotton batting, plastic cover. On December 15, 2010, the Stearns Road Bridge Corridor opened to traffic. The project included 4.6 miles of new road alignment which included a new Fox River bridge crossing, illustrated on the tag. This commemorative token was from the groundbreaking ceremony held on October 19, 2006. |
