Pin, award, 3/4" x 3/4", metal, goldtone enamel Front- horse and buggy illustration within white envelope, lettering around pin- "National Rural Letter Carriers Association, Retired." Back- screw-on attachment. Erwin "Erv" Schultz (1890-1963) was a rural letter carrier in the Bartlett area for 37 years retiring in 1955. Schultz was also a former chief of the Bartlett Volunteer Fire Department and charter member and first president of the Bartlett Lions Club. |
