Whistle, 3 3/4" x 1" x 2 1/4", wooden, shaped like a train engine, smokestack painted black, cab painted green, boiler painted red. On bottom is affixed a label on which is typed, "125th Anniversary Guinness World Record Attempt, Whistle #352, Station 8" On August 2, 2016, Bartlett's National Night Out, 1,569 people gathered in Bartlett Park to break the Guinness World Record for the most people blowing train whistles simultaneously. The previous record of 1,127 people was easily broken! This was done to celebrate Bartlett's 125 years of incorporation in 2016. |
