Postcard, 3 1/2" l x 5 1/2" w, paper, Front- image where the camera is looking down a street, there are just trees and fields on either side of the street, "40502, Road to Town, Bartlett, Ill." is written in white ink, Back- "Post Card" is printed to the left of where the stamp goes, the back of the postcard is blank. The unpaved road in this image is presumably North Oak Avenue. During this era, North Oak Avenue off of Lake Street was the most common road that lead into to Bartlett. |
