Award, 8" w x 6" l x 5 3/4" h, glass, black smoked glass base, frosted white glass golf ball, partial club, engraved on base- Bartlett Centennial logo, "Centennial Golf Classic, June 14, 1991". In 1991, the Village of Bartlett celebrated its 100 years of incorporation with many events including a parade, ball, building and dedicating of a gazebo in Bartlett Park and much more. The logo for the event was an illustration of a steam train passing the 1873 depot with the words "Bartlett Centennial, 1891-1991, Progress With Pride," as engraved in the base of this award. A gold classic was held at Bartlett Hills Golf Club on June 14, 1991 with this participation award being given. |
