Dennis -- Immanuel United, John Buelting- Mayor, Father Horne, Ed Heinberg- Police Chief, Harve Rosenwinkel- Fire Chief" On June 19, 1959 Bartlett celebrated its first Eagle Scout, John Hilliard, who earned his rank in a Bartlett troop. The celebration begin in Bartlett Park with a parade to the Fire Barn. Elected officials and local dignitaries participated in the event. This parade car carried, left to right, Rev. Dennis Patterson of Immanuel United Church of Christ; Village President John Buelting, Fr. Thomas Horne of St. Peter Damian Church, Police Chief Ed Heinberg, Fire Chief Harvey Rosenwinkel and unknown driver. |
