Back- written in marker, "7/6/91 T. L. (Sumner) Arends & Tik". On July 6, 1991, Bartlett held its Centennial Parade sponsored by the Bartlett Lions Club. T. L. Sumner Arends, left, and William "Bill" "Tik" Tiknis, Bartlett Centennial co-chairpersons, were also the parade marshals. Here they pose at the turn from Railroad Avenue to Main Street. Note the centennial banners attached to the telephone poles. |
