Print, photographic, 3 1/2" x 3 1/2", black and white, Ferris wheel being set-up in field next to ticket booth. Written at bottom in black, "Bartlett Carnival," stamped at top, " NOV 61" It's time for the annual Bartlett Volunteer Fire Department's festival which was held in August in Bartlett Park from 1938-1969. Skinners' Amusement Inc. was the company that supplied all the rides which included a Ferris wheel!. The children loved watched the rides being set-up for the knew the festival was starting soon. |
