All people are unidentified. The Bartlett Firemen's Festival Parade began in 1962 to celebrate 25 years of the Bartlett Firemen's Festival which began in 1938. The parade became a part of the August weekend celebration until the festival ended in 1969. Pictured here is the parade on Railroad Avenue (looking southwest). In the background from left to right are John's Barber Shop, The Eck and Genck apartments. |
