Earl Beckner (1930-2015) prepares to tee off at Bartlett Hills Golf Club. In the distance, on the left, is the clubhouse. Earl and his family moved to Bartlett in 1958. He served on the Village Board of Trustees from 1969 to 1975 until he became village treasurer and finance director from 1975 to his retirement in 1993. Earl loved to golf especially at Bartlett Hills where he was a member of the Men's Golf League. |
