Image, digital, black and white, Front- 1 1/2 story home, oval class front door, written below in white- "After" In 1917, Edmund and Christella "Stella" Krumfuss and two daughters Crystal and Grace purchased their home at 418 W. Oneida Avenue, pictured here. They were the second owners. The Craftsman style home was built in 1910 by Henry Hothan for Joseph Edward "Ed" Easterday and wife Eleanor Josephine Easterday. Ed was the depot agent in Bartlett at the time. It is located in Henry Jacob's Addition, Block 1, today lot 12 and eastern ½ of lot 11. This is how the facade looked after its open porch on the left (west side) of the home was enclosed by Krumfuss family. Refer to catalog record 2023.12.2 to see the before. The Krumfuss family owned the home until 1957. The porch has since been reopened and restored by the current owners. |
