Print, photographic, black & white, 6 1/" x 4 1/2", single story brick structure housing two businesses, parking lot is on left. The brick structure located on West Bartlett Avenue was built by Faber Construction to house two businesses. On the left (west side) was the Bartlett Food Basket (pictured here) once located at 304 W. Bartlett Avenue. It was Bartlett's first "modern" grocery store and was in operation by 1963 and closed in 1978. The space on the right (east) 300 West Bartlett Avenue has housed many businesses such as a restaurant and dry cleaners. |
