Transparency, slide, 2" x 2", color, looking down paved road, buildings, several cars and street lights on right,utility poles and several buildings on left. This is what Bartlett Avenue, looking west from Eastern Avenue, looked like in 1977. The white/brick building, 106/108 W. Bartlett Avenue, was once the offices of Wright's at Bartlett a lumberyard. The next building, 110 W. Bartlett Avenue, two story gray brick, is Schultz Hardware. The white building with pitched roof, 130 W. Bartlett Avenue, was Humbracht's Confectionary. A little off center, to the left, is the railroad depot. |
