Back- Newspaper text is cut and attached to back, green sheet of paper on which form is printed and filled in with photo information, stamped "Sun-Times, Sep 12, 1976" and "Composing N.C. DIP, Set 7 436 PM '76" This image appeared in the September 12, 1976 edition of the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper. Photo caption read, "Bulldozers are becoming the symbol of progress in the formerly quiet little western suburb, Bartlett. Developer Jerry Berger (below and at right bottom) explains to village administrator Earl Beckner how his new close-in subdivision will fit in with the master plan.
