Print, photographic, 10" w x 8" l, black & white, Front- 15 boys in uniforms with "Bartlett" across front, some holding mitts, wearing caps, two adult men, all standing/sitting outside, trees, fence in background, Back- stamped in blue- "May 5, 1963, "Photo by Don Honick," in pencil "B5563-1". The 1963 Little League team poses for their picture in Bartlett Park. The team was sponsored by the Bartlett Lions Club. Note the Lions Club patch on their left sleeves. The players and coaches are as follows. 1-?, 2-Steve Cooper, 3-Dan Putignano, 4- Mike Weiher, 5-Ky Kirsten?, 6- Jack Peterson, 7- Chuck Wasinger, 8- Ron Atchison, 9- Mike Reese, 10-?, 11-?, 12- Dave Jacobson, 13- ?, 14- Jim Monroe Jr., 15- Rodney Cavitt, 16- Coach John Bedoe, 16- Coach Jim Monroe. The players were identified via a Facebook post on July 25, 2025 by the museums' followers. |
