At one time, Bartlett held a Memorial Day parade that kicked off from several locations through history. The parade headed west down North Avenue, as pictured here, and concluded at Bartlett Cemetery where a service took place. This images was taken at the corner of North and Western Avenues. The house fully in the background is 101 N. Western Avenue. The man sitting in the back of the car could have been the guest speaker at the ceremony in the cemetery. |
