Born and raised in Bartlett, Harvey Brandt (1903-1970) worked for the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company from 1922 to his retirement in 1964. Harvey is credited with being Bartlett's first Boy Scout leader serving many years in the position. |
