Inside "Proper Method of Displaying the Flag". This pamphlet was stowed in the "Handbook for Patrol Leaders" on the proper method of displaying the flag. The handbook belonged to Ralph Andreasen, who became Bartlett's first Eagle Scout in 1947, in an Elgin troop. |
