Clipping, newspaper, 6" l x 2 3/4" w, original, unknown date, unknown publisher, T.L Sumner, Laura Kubaszko, and Ted Lewis all planned to run for the Bartlett Park Board of Commissioners. On April 12, 1983, according to the clipping, an election was held for commissioner positions on the Bartlett Park District Board. At that time, T.L Sumer, later T. L. Arends, was running for another term. She was first elected to the board in 1979 and served to 1991. Laura Kubaszko, served from 1981-1983. Theodore "Ted" Lewis, won this election and as of 2024, is serving as a commissioner. |
