Summary |
The principal of Bartlett Elementary School, Robert Hardt, was given a surprise party by the PTA in honor of his 25th anniversary as principal. Former students, Bartlett Village President William Tiknis, friends, and former teachers attended. Hardt was even given a key to the Village of Bartlett by Tiknis. Robert Hardt (1924-2016 ) served as Bartlett School's principal from 1952 to 1986. The WW II Marine veteran started at the school as a teacher and principal with three other staff members and 49 students. |
