Pin, 2 1/4" diameter, metal, pin back, white background on which is stamped in red- "Spirit of Sybaquay" and a drum, in blue-"76" and 13 stars. Produced by the Girl Scouts of America's Sybaquay Council, of which Bartlett was a part of, to celebrate the nation's Bicentennial in 1976.
