Game, 5 1/2" x 5 1/2", red plastic, cardboard box with green color lid with Setko logo, and 4" x 5" paper instruction card, all 25 set screws included, game has silver sticker with Setko logo and "Set Screw & MFG. Co."on bottom right. Set Screw MFG. Co. was located at 26 S. Main Street from 1946-2001. The company produced this and other patterns of this game, using its set screws, as promotional giveaways.
