The Brownie Girl Scout wings patch shows that a scout has completed her years as a Brownie and ready to "fly up" to Junior Girl Scouts. This tradition dates to when Brownie Girl Scout leaders were called Brown Owls. This patch was earned by Lisa Lucietto.
