Proposal, 9" w x 11 1/2" l, brown plastic front and back covers, spiral bound, brown spine, cream color paper, 6 pages total, 5 pages bound, one page separate- cover letter (a). Killian and Nugent, golf course architects and site planners, submitted a proposal on June 6, 1978 to the village concerning work to be completed at Bartlett Hills Golf Course. The proposal was based on work being done on an hourly basis which totaled $4,760 in time. Overall, the company would do a general study, present preliminary studies, design development, a master redevelopment plan and more. In the village's 1985-1986 Annual Budget, it is stated on page 11, "This year's proposed budget provides for the continuation of golf course improvements, generally in accordance with the approved master plan by Killian and Nugent. Improvements this year will include the construction of a lake, located in the woods beyond the fourth hole, for an irrigation source and accompanying pump house." |
