Proposal, 9"w x 11" l, brown plastic "wood grain" cover with plastic slide, goldtone design on cover upper right side, 6 pages total, William James Spear & Associates of St. Charles, IL, submitted a proposal outline on June 23, 1981, concerning their architectural services and fees in regards to work being done at Bartlett Hills. Their proposal included furnishing a base map, on site examination, study overlays, cost estimates, final plan, written report and priority schedule. With an hourly fee of $35, the estimated cost of the plan would be from $4,200-$4,500. A list of courses the company had already completed was included. It appears from searching ordinances and other village documents, this company was not used. The cover letter mentions this master plan was being considered for Bartlett Hills in 1978 and they expressed an interest at that time also. |
