Oath of office, 7 1/4" x 8 1/2," paper, on front and back is preprinted portions with handwritten portions, a red line frames all four sides on front. Front- words of oath taken by George Struckman for the elected office of Village President signed by Village Clerk Louis Stumpf, Village seal is affixed to the lower left corner. Back- filing information and signed by Louis Stumpf. George Struckman served as 1st and 3rd Village President from 1891-1899 and 1901-1911. |
