Release deed, 8 1/2" x 6 1/2" opened, paper, cream color, Side A- printed in black on one side "Release Deed" and form which was filled in using pen and pencil, printed in blue, "4108590." Deed was from Fred Oltendorf to husband and wife, Heinrich Scheele and Line Scheele, dated October 10, 1907. Side B- printed in black, form #507 a release deed. Information is filled in using pen. The form states that property, lot 9, with location description following, has been paid in full. Notarized by Charles F. Schultz and stamped with his seal. Today the property is located in Elgin near Summit Street and the Kane/Cook Counties border. |
